“I would choose this location again and again if needed. I don't live nearby, and when I experienced a break in and attempted theft of my vehicle, I chose Cloverdale Auto Body to do the repair through ICBC. They were just fantastic. Margaret at the front desk is such a wonderful and helpful woman. She kept me in the loop through the whole process. Went above and beyond this shop to make my day! They aren't open weekends, yet I was able to still get my vehicle on a Saturday! I also when picking up my vehicle was expecting it to look trashed like it did when I got broken into. Nope! I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean it was! Another bonus, I had mentioned that I thought they took my stereo pullers, but not my stereo. When I entered the vehicle, they pound the pullers and placed them in plain sight, for me to see! Thank you! Excellent service you guys! Thank you so much for making an annoying situation with a positive outcome! Will be sure to recommend!”
